Solid State Lithium Battery
EvMac Solid-state batteries are a new type of battery that uses solid electrolytes instead of traditional liquid electrolytes, with core advantages in safety and high performance. Their solid electrolytes (such as ceramic and polymer materials) can avoid the risk of liquid leakage, inhibit the growth of lithium dendrites, and significantly reduce the probability of short circuits and thermal runaway. When paired with lithium metal anodes, their energy density can easily exceed 500Wh/kg, offering significantly better endurance potential than traditional batteries. They also have strong adaptability to high and low temperatures and a long cycle life. Currently, they face challenges such as insufficient ionic conductivity of electrolytes, high interface impedance, and difficulty in reducing costs. However, they are regarded as the core direction of next-generation power batteries and are expected to be widely used in electric vehicles, consumer electronics, and other fields in the future.
Advantages of Solid State Lithium Battery
Solid-state batteries utilize a lithium iron phosphate battery system, with an internal resistance of 0.26 mΩ or less. The battery capacity is 206 Ah, and the cell contains no liquid, eliminating the risk of leakage. The battery has no liquid flow or vaporization expansion, making it suitable for use in various extreme environments. It is minimally affected by thermal expansion and contraction, offering superior temperature adaptability. The 206Ah solid-state battery has already achieved mass production. If there are other capacity requirements for solid-state batteries, production lines can be configured accordingly.
